Cancellation and Refund Policy:
For all CIHAND events, due to contractual obligations for hotel and food, meeting room size, number of conference or training booklets, etc, CIHAND will adopt the following policy:
1. If CIHAND cancels an event, a full refund will be made.
2. A full refund will also be issued to those notifying CIHAND in writing and postmarked no less than 30 days or more before event.
3. If less than 30 days and more than 21 days, and a postmarked written notice is provided to CIHAND, an administrative fee of $150.00 will be deducted and the balance refunded.
4. If no written notice is provided for either instance, no refunds will be issued, and,
5. Also no refunds will be issued to a registrant who cancels their registration 3 weeks (21 days including week days and weekends) or less prior to an event.
